Racing greyhounds can retire from the sport at any age and for a variety of reasons, but when they do the one thing, they have in common is looking for their forever sofa in their forever home. Here at Monmore Green, we look after our greyhounds very well during their sporting career and in their retirement.
We partner with a local greyhound trust who provide a home to our retired racers to ensure they are happy and healthy.
If you would like to re-home one of our lovely greyhounds, help by donating to this great cause or want to know more about greyhounds then visit the Wolverhampton Greyhound Trust HERE
Hiya, I'm Micky. I'm a little bit unsure when I am in new or different surroundings, but I quickly adapt and come out of my shell. I have a friendly personality and I am always happy to see people. I love spending time with the kennel staff and volunteers here at the kennels, my favourite things are going for a walk and having a play in the paddock. I am an all round lovely boy who will be a great addition to any family.
Hi, my name is Dan. I'm a big lad and very handsome. I can be strong on the lead when out walking but soon calm down. I enjoy the company of the volunteers and like a scratch behind my ears. Would you like to come and meet me and see if I am the boy for you?
Hi, I'm Rocket. I am a handsome boy with a lovely black, glossy coat. I am only 2 years old and I am looking for my forever family. I would like a home with no other animals where I am the only pet. I can be a bit of a cheeky chap who needs to learn some manners in the house and when out on walks. I have previously lived in a home but I would be better suited to a house with previous experience.
