Do I always need to book?
No - we accepts walk-ins for our General Admission area and Party Pack depending on availability. However, Restaurant bookings must be made in advance.
Where can I view restaurant menus?
All menus including allergens are available to view on our website.
How do I book a race sponsorship?
Please call our reception team and enquire about our different packages and availability.
Can I go outside and stand on the terraces?
Yes, please feel free to stand outside to watch the racing. Please stand behind the yellow line at the bottom of the terraces, however, to avoid potentially distracting the greyhounds as they race.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, we have a large car and coach park, and parking is free of charge.
If inside, what is the viewing like?
Some areas may have restricted viewing, however all areas have TVs showing the action closeby.
What days do you race on?
Our main race evenings are on Thursdays and Saturdays, with the restaurant and party pack bar also open. We also race on Monday and Tuesday afternoons, and Wednesday and Saturday mornings, with just the general admission area open and entry FREE.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Unfortunately, we will only allow food and drink purchased from the stadium to be consumed on site.
How do I know who is serving me?
Your tote operator and waiter will introduce themselves on arrival for restaurant customers.
Do you have disabled access?
Yes we have lifts to gain access to all three floors of the stadium.
Do I still get a race card?
Yes, physical race cards are available for all customers over the age of 18.
Can I sit where I want?
You will be allocated a table in the restaurant which is yours all evening. However, in both the Party Pack and General Admission areas, seating is on a first come first serve basis.
Are the toilets cleaned regularly?
Toilets are checked and cleaned hourly. Toilet attendants are available on site for every meeting.
Where do I get my drinks/food and place bets?
General Admission and Party Pack customers will have designated tote booths, snack bar and bar areas. Restaurant customers will have table service as well as walk-up tote and bar options.
Can I use cash?
Yes. All purchases inside the stadium can be done via cash or card including Tote bets.
What is the last booking time?
Pending availability, bookings can be made until 2pm on the date of the event. Please call us after this time to check options.
Please note there are no Tote facilities on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Saturday mornings will depend on customer levels. A bookmaker is present most days to take bets and always on evenings.
